Legal experts also think if both Prop 26 and 27 were approved by voters a decision on the matter could end up with the courts. According to state representatives if that were to happen the one that receives the most votes would be declared the winner. It is possible that both Prop 26 and 27 could be approved by voters. This would allow both Native American tribes and online sports betting companies to legally operate online sports betting websites and apps in the state. Under Prop 27 online and mobile sports betting would be legalized anywhere in the state. Prop 26 would also allow Native American casinos to offer roulette and dice games for the first time. Under Prop 26 sports betting would be legalized at Federally recognized Native American gaming casinos and racetracks in the state. Voters will get the chance to vote Yes, or No on both which could open up sport betting in the state. On the ballot in November will be two propositions, Prop 26 and Prop 27.
